Really want to stop

    Hey guys

    I have been addicted to Porn and Masterbation for most of my Adult life and want to change that.
    I am a Christian and struggle because I have SAME SEX attractions and I really want to change my ways.
    My reasons are not because other people told me...But because I am tired of the destruction in my life.

    Because you are a Christian and your book tells you that homosexuals should be put to death (Leviticus 20:13) you want to change your ways? Do you even realize how offensive this is to homosexuals? Gay people are born that way. There's nothing morally corrupt with them just because an ancient book says they should die. Ted Haggard could provide some excellent advice on this issue.

    Hey cav.
    I am not one to judge. I have acted out on my sexuality and I can honestly say that I am not comfortable with it. It's a person choice. I do admit that I am gay but I do not feel comfortable being in a sexual relationship with a guy. I really did not mean to be offensive. Sorry if I did offend anyone I didnt mean it.

    No prob nic. It doesn't offend me because I am not gay, but it could offend others if they know the bible. You being a Christian should have nothing to do with choosing not to be in a relationship with a man. That's your own choice based on your own set of morals. But, you might not have much choice in the matter when so much of it could be based on genetics. But, by claiming that it's your Christianity that is making you struggle can only mean one thing though. Leviticus clearly states that homosexuals should all die.
