    Do you know if Nofap is about desires or sperm retention? If it's about sperm retention, do tantrist metod can be successfull for have sex and keep Nofap attraction with a very special girl who accept as we are?

    If you don't senselessly release your sperm it amplifies your masculine qualities. It can be hard to control the intense urges (resulting in negative emotions) so having a loving female you trust definitely helps but is not necessary.
