spare time means relapse?

    Hello guys

    Those days I have exams
    which means that i Have about 6 days before every exam which i will spent them in home studying
    but the basic problem here that i I am having alot of time that must be controlled
    When I used to go to the college daily , I go back home and I find then that I have few little hours to do other things I wanna do
    but now i am staying at the home all the time supposed to study and that time is not busy enough and I can not conrol it so I would not relapse ..

    any tips guys ?

    Man what you need to understand is that: this is the real challage when your free from commitments
    and youre in your own responability... think about how much stornger and powerfull man you will be after getting through this challange and how easy it will get when you will be back to daily lessons on college and you will be able to spend your left time with much less difficlty.
