    Hi, I'm 38 and starting a 90 days NoFap journey today. I'm suffering from porn induced ED for 10 years, but I didn't know the reason for my ED untill I read this forum.

    I've seen porn movies when I was a ten year's child, lots of porn movies when I was a teenager, and lot of internet porn since I'm 23.

    I stopped watching porn 45 days ago, but this week I could not help watching some swimsuit girls on the internet and then masturbate. Is this counts as a relapse, since it was no real porn stuff ?
    Anyway, I'm starting today a 90 days NoFap run, aiming to cure my ED. Any help appreciated, and sorry for my maybe "strange" english as I'm a french guy.

    I'll keep you wired.

    Good luck! Very good that you quit porn, it'll do only good for you!

    From my experiences, even if I have watched "innocent" looking things, they were actually not that innocent for me and sometimes they led me further and further (links to other pages!) and I ended up in porn again. Watching almost safe things wasn't that safe at all. I learned to resist the very first step and it has worked for me.
