[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 1 / 14

 

I am on day 8 as of today. I did the 3 day challenge, 7 day and now onto this 14 day challenge. I'll be at 14 days this Sunday and I will make it! I'm on a path to go 90 days PMO free and I feel great about getting there. Systems over willpower.

 

I don't know If the support will make things easier, But it will definitely make you stronger. It made me stronger and now am done with the 14days challenge.

 

Day 5/14. Had a tough day. Emotional triggers plus some chaser effect making it hard not to think about sex, feeling tempted to M or engage Psub. But I got through it.

Past half way feels sooo good!
Already thinking about how much fun it will be to do the 21 day challenge... i'd finish it and then it'll be day 30. First time for that.
I find first week of nofap hardest because of the daydreaming about porn but then that dies down and I loose focus on nofap and find myself relapsing because i am not thinking about it. This time is different, we can do this

Day 14! Looks like I'm on to the 21 day challenge beginning tomorrow!

Day 13/14!!
1 more friggin day!!!!! And then i'm treating myself tomorrow with a Cheese-Cake + Chocolate chip cookies and wash it down it with some Peanut butter Banana Smoothie!!!!!!!!!

Completed 14 days without nofap, just by being busy with holiday.
Back home I relapsed to M, no P.
Willing to complete at least 14 days without PMO now, and keeping count on nofap.

day 3/14 for me

 

Day 0/14. I was on day 6/14, but I slipped up and M'ed this morning. No P, though, so that's the positive I'm focusing on. Get back on that wagon!
