2/7 the days are jus kinda dragn...but dat may mean i need to do something constructive with my time

 

I realized that PMO taked so much time my life...Now i must fill my time to make useful things.

Tomorrow I start the 14 day challenge!

 

Day 6/7: I was excessively Horny, but I went outside and did some work and that all eased up.

 

Day 5/7
I've been so focused on my work that I haven't had any urges today. I wish I had more days like this. (I must remain vigilant on this kind of days, though)

 

U took it long buddy it's an achievement..... Sometimes that may happen..... On my 6 th day and I am having string urges too.... But if I make it this week it LL b the first week after months of daily PM .....

guys who made it can u pls advise on how to control the urge when u see social media sites or tv when u see actressees with dashing photos.... it s almost a week i only have urges when i accidentaly see images on tv or something.....

 

Change the channel... If urge continues go for a cold shower
