25 days is a good thing. Don't feel like you have lost everything you have learned. You feel down sure but remember you are still here, you are wiser and you can get past that point.

But nah, you, out of your own fucking will and desire went for 25 days without that shit. You think it sounds like nothing but it's pretty freaking badass man. In my first 4 months of nofap I barely made any higher than that, but I kept going. I pushed through. I got out of my comfort zone, made friends, went out, opened up. 20 months later, I'm on a 10 day streak but who gives a fuck about the day count mate? It's not about the day count. It's about living a better life. And the sheer fact that you want to keep fighting, is proof that you're a better man than before you started. This is the reason why we keep fighting. Never give up. Read some random journals, help people out, with moral support or advice or whatever you have. It's what got me from jerking it every second day for a month to some of the greatest 10 days of my life.
