    On a day 20.on my Nopmo streak I cummed without even touch myself. I received some bad news and I was so under stress.     Hmmm, depends on what is your mindset.

    Just in my personal view I'd say you don't need to reset your counter because it was absolutely beyond your control and not triggered by any conscious action by yourself.You made at least what you could do to prevent it. I think almost everyone in this community will agree on this.

    There are fapstronauts here who have sex with their partners and just take it as normal and healthy sexual behavior without resetting the counter. In the end we are all striving to overcome our compulsive masturbation behaviors.
