five wow.
it feels really encouraging to be back in this site. you guys are wonderful.
I do meditation frequently yesterday which helped me a lot. refreshing! now have a better state of mind and energy and I should try my best to stick to my routine!

Day 29. I woke up with urges just now, so today I have to be very careful and disciplined not to relapse.

I don't know why I can't remember to check in. Alot has been happening this week, I suppose.

People have been calling me warm and will come up to me and just start conversations! Likewise, I feel comfortable with going up to anyone and saying what is on my mind. It's like I don't care about the outcome! I'm just being me, take it or leave it, because I'll be fine "pleighboi"!

Today is the day I finally meet the girl I met online, wish me luck!
