    I was horny at night. It was like twelve and I was thinking about this woman in real life fantasizing us having sex. I said "I'm going to sleep if I steal feel like it I can beat my meat tomorrow.

    I woke up still horny. This was on day 8 of no MO. I beat it to my imagination, I lasted less than a minute. Two hours later I got horny again and beat it half to twerk videos and the end to imagination. I actually had a good orgasm. Usually I didn't feel the orgasm a lot, but this time my whole body tingled.

    After the first one I felt slightly down and lazy. After the second one I was still feeling a bit more lazy, but I finished my work. It's been like 6 hours since then and I feel great. I feel happy and I did my work. I feel kind of more motivated to work. I still get hard boners and everything.

    I took some vitamins and a green tea after so that probably helped. I also deleted Instagram after so no more twerk videos or hours spent scrolling looking at hot photo shopped girls. I was probably so horny because of Instagram anyway. Also I will be getting rid of all the plastic gloves hanging around the house.

    I feel that I learned that the real bad part is the P part. The P definitely ruin everything. It only took me like 4 hours to stop feeling down after the 2 MOs. I actually feel better now than before.

    I will definitely stop MOing a lot though. Also, I don't recommend it. This is day 11 no P and day 0 MO.

    Does this happen to anyone else?

    Can you please give me a tip on what I need to do when I get a feeling I need to release bad. I go under a cold shower thinking no bad thoughts and I am still somewhat hard. I feel like I have a constant hard on and feel a need to release. Even if I limit bad thoughts. Please help.

    Can you play music while showering, or listen to a podcast? That will help distract you whilst showering. Works for me :)

    I haven't beat my meat in the shower since being little. I don't get any urges in the shower because beating your meat in the shower feels horrible. The problem is I get these insane boners and urges to release. A boner will go on and off between semi-hard and full hard for a long time. A cold shower will just make me semi-hard, but when I get out I will get hard again. It is pretty annoying. I probably have this because my time not fapping has gotten to an average of about a week or less for a couple months before. So now I am not used to holding it in for so long like before when I had longer times not releasing. I no longer have any access to P so this is the only problem I have towards progress.
     
  6. @horny nerd , what progress do you expect? You wrote that you do not use porn any more. That's fine. If the constant horniness is a problem for you, why don't you consider masturbating in a responsible way? Maybe then you'll make faster "progress" than while always thinking about sex.

    Edit: I see you posted in the abstinence and retention section. Maybe it's your goal to completely abstain from sex?

    It's been 3 days since my last post and the constant horniness has gone away. I think it was just a chaser effect from having MO'd recently. I do not enjoy MO no more. I feel better after many days of abstaining. It is my goal to get rid of MO and no longer want to do it.
