1/3 after many relapses Im restating from the most suitable setting.

 

I am in day 0. Motivate me i am new here and feel urge and pain.

Relapsed, but I'm going to everything I can to make this the last time I'll ever have to. It's never worth it.

Did the 7-day challenge a ways back. Coming off my recent fall I feel the urge to start right from scratch. First up, the three day.

I cant even do 3 days challenge. Reset again comes to 0

Day 3 completed but today is very difficult. I am having repeated erections and talking to my girlfriend didn't help at all. I am still resisting M and want to continue toward a 7-day challenge. Good luck to all of us!
