Mass shooting at a video tournament in Jacksonville, Florida

Discussion in 'Off-topic Discussion' started by Deleted Account, Aug 26, 2018.

  1. Here go another mass shooting like it always does but the first time ever at a video game tournament. This is some tragic news.

Multiple schools, three concerts, two movie theaters, a gay club, and video game tournament? Nowhere is safe in the United States anymore. :(

  2. If no one can admit this shit is sketchy at this point then idk what to say. Shit really feels like some NWO Agenda unfolding before us completely out of our control

Rest In Peace to all the victims...

  3. Terrible. That's a place where people are going for recreation, to escape how stressful the world can be.

  5. I always forget about that news. That post made me also remember there was a shooting at the hospital in Reno, Nevada if I recall correctly.

Multiple schools (elementary, jr high, and high school)
Three concerts (Dimebag Darrell's death, Ariana Grande show in the UK, and the Las Vegas one)
Gay club (the one in Orlando, Florida)
Two movie theaters (one for The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, Colorado and one for Trainwreck in Lafayette, Louisiana)
    A hospital in Reno, Nevada
A church in Sutherland Springs, Texas
A shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya, Africa
A video game tournament in Jacksonville, Florida

Now, where's next? Shooting has become a culture and I don't like the sound of that but it's still out of control.

Planned psychological operations, crisis acting companies, donation scams, insurance scams, gun control, disarming and scaring people to submit them. Respect to all potential victims and their loved ones.

May their families find the strength to carry the grief.

I never used the term "conspiracy theories", reread what you quoted of me. Cognitive dissonance got you entitled to a ready made fake truth maybe? Anyway, I don't have time to "wake you up", neither the ability bc some triggered mad moderator would suspend or ban me, so I don't even have the ability to express myself on the subject. So keep saying "no nwo", like somehow beating someone that is already down. God bless you. Bye.

The cause of this is coming from the media itself. They milk these events to boost their already faltering ratings (fucking sickos), and it's created a culture; the shooters are glorified (just putting their names out and showing pictures does this). It makes people who have legitimate mental illness think that this is a "normal" thing to do. And unfortunately, we're all being desensitized in the same way.

Heres an article I just googled(from February): http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/...-america-school-shootings-20180215-story.html

Basically, more Americans have firearms than other countries. So when the media glorifies these shooters, it's easier for the future shooters to obtain weapons.

I think you nailed it there. There's a huge difference between rifles and pistols and AR15's.

Most gun violence is with handguns, but most mass shootings are with AR15’s.

Also, an AR15 isn’t an assault rifle. Assault rifles are automatic in fashion, and AR15’s aren’t. Automatic firearms are banned there I believe.

Not quite. An AR15 is a rifle. Also, the most popular pistol models are also semi-automatic (really, of the commonly-used ones, only revolvers aren’t). Although not used in many mass shootings, a box magazine can also still hold adequate ammo.

  14. Ah okay, but does it really matter though if an AR15 is just a rifle and not automatic? I mean most of them seem to just use those "bump stocks" for mass shootings anyways. I don't know how accurate they are, I've just heard of them.

Yeah, I definitely don’t agree with those bump stocks. It really comes down to technicalities on why they’re not banned, I guess. Apparently something to do with them not altering the firearm itself? Idk, it’s weird.

It’s so strange, isn’t it? Lol, I suppose it’s all the technicalities.

Guns are tools. People are responsible for their actions. It's a socialist / communist / totalitarian / nazi agenda to force everybody pay for the foolishness of a single individual which is immidiately and erroneously portrayed as the licence to bring these tyrannic absurd movements instead of focusing on proper education, you don't have to stop owning guns because of the mis-use of one ACCOUNTABLE person. Why don't we stop knives as well ? Serial-killers use them after all. Oh yeah, it's nice for cooking, nature, survival. Just like guns are good for SELF-DEFENSE, hunting, even decoration. Hitler who tortured and killed millions of innocent people (and eventually commited suicide) said that "in order for a nation to be submited, disarm its citizen". Switzerland held its ground during WW1 & WW2 without Hitler (the country remained safe), Switzerland to this day has written in its LAWS that every citizen must be armed (rifle + hand gun), Switzerland to this day is probably the country with the lowest criminality rate on Earth. Why not banning school-bus as well which cause death of kids in tragic accidents..wait, let's ban cars, let's ban highways!! Hummm, NO. YOU ARE BEING DECEIVED IF YOU SUPPORT "GUN CONTROL" AND IN SERIOUS DANGER (terror attacks happen with the same probability as getting shot by lightening, but during a socialist / communist / totalitarian / nazi dictatorship it is way more frequent and "lawful").
TVs and radios and 'news' got you twisted.
