    Abstaining from PMO is possible? everyday when i try, i ask to myself.

    I'm just disappointed with me.
    If someone has succeeded, please give me strength.

    Abstaining from porn? It's possible and it is a very good goal. Watch out as it gets very hard in the long run.

    Abstaining from masturbation? I did it. You will not abstain for your whole life, but if you feel you want to do it, it is OK. It's a very strong tool in your hands.

    Abstaining from orgasm in general? I'd say no, expecially if with a SO

    So you're saying you think that abstaining from porn, masturbation and orgasm is impossible (all three at the same time)? So if the pmo is a lie, why does it exist in the nofap?

    I say that abstaining from pmo (all three at the same time) is an instrument that is used for a determined period of time in order to change a situation.

    Doing it for the whole life is meaningless. The only abstinence I will do for my whole life - or, at least, I will fight for my whole life - is porn
