    Hi my name is Dan, i'm a teenager and I have decided to join nofap to test my self control. I plan to go a year without fapping starting on today (27th December 2014) until the first of january 2016.
    My exams are this year so im hoping that my concentration and memory improves as well.
    Its going to be a tough journey but with such a great community i have very few doubts i will fail this challenge.

    good, your half-way there, your mindset is very important, because if its not right, and you will fall, but this is not an option, PMO is simply not an option. May you be blessed on your journey, and best wishes for you as you discover that pmo life is not for you!
