    You read it. I feel frustrated and angry right now.
    I read somewhere about "use it or lose it" and I was thinking like wtf?
    I've been in a flatline since day 115, I had sex 4 times (and they were one-offs) so I don't have a partner to have sex with this period.

    I dont remember when I last saw my dick fully erect!
    Today I try to give myself a boner to see if indeed my dick is shrunk.
    I went half way there (semi-erection) and I felt I was going to cum.
    So I stopped!

    I am on the verge of breaking this streak! I am frustrated watching my little guy well... staying little!

    I don't care about porn even the slightest. But I want to wake up with full boners and feel like a man.

    Now I feel very insecure about that. I really don't know what to do.

    Any ideas?

  3. Well, talontron is right. It's not about your dick, you can forget about it and relax. Of course, it is easy for me to say such things, because i've only had sex 6 years ago (kinda sex) and stopped looking for any girl just because of loneliness. But yes, distract yourself, there are so much important things to do, and playing with your little guy isn't the option, just wasting of valuable time and energy. I think you know all these things, just reminding

    I don't want to become a wanker again thats for sure.
    But Im going through some stuff and I can't go in a relationship for now.
    Morning wood was the reason I signed up for this. I started getting it just 1 week into NoFap. After week 4 it was gone. It came again around day 95-115 and its gone again!

    I've never really understood why people would want to abstain from masturbation if they were primarily addicted to porn. Sure, abstaining from it the first few weeks may help not relapsing to porn. But once you're as far as you are, what's the point?

    Unless you were also having a compulsive masturbation issue. That's a different story.

  6. It can take a long time buddy. I’ve been in a flatline nearly for a year. It’s shit but the way I look at it I’ve done some serious damage and I need to go through it to come out of it alive and stronger. You can do it too, keep moving forward.

    For me, I wanted a break at day 123, and I wanted to find out if I could still get hard.

    Then I spent the next six months re-re-re-re-re-re-starting.

    Now I'm working on finding better things to do with my life. Even just looking for something else is a better thing to do for me.

    First of all you just relapsed. You let your dick get hard. Also im sure you fantasized while doing it. I could be wrong about that part. Second, look up P.A.W.S. (Post Accute Withdrawl Syndrome.)
    Third, start doing front and back reverse kegels and ordinary kegels 5 times a week. This will help strengthen your pelvic which means a stronger penis and the ability to control premature ejaculation while with a partner.
    Fourth, this ties to the third, forget that "use it or lose it" mentality, in my eyes its an excuse for continuing the addiction. Those exercises work out the penis without having to masturbate it also helps with fantasizing, hell you dont even have to touch yourself. Good luck!

    My answer will be twofold.

    You shouldn’t focus too much on details such as morning wood and being able to have raging erections. You write that these make you feel like a man, but in what way is that the definition of being manly? If your sense of self worth is dependent on your ability to have erections, then my primary suggestion is that you reflect upon yourself and what you see constitutes being manly. I’m not trying to be sly, this is my honest advice.

    The other way I see it, is that I completely understand your connection between manliness and erections and masturbation. To be comfortable with your own body, which I would argue is very manly, is to be comfortable with your penis and if this flatline does that to you, then masturbate. You write that the temptation of using porn to do so is already gone. The way I see it (please excuse me if I insult what you have gone through or your goals) you have achieved so much already.

    Denying you own body too strongly is not a part of a healthy sexuality. Take what you want from what I have written.

    I appreciate your answers a lot guys.
    The most challenging part of not having morning woods, is that the sleep quality is terrible.
    Let me explain.
    When you sleep your dick gets erected in order to prevent you from pissing in your sleep.
    In my case, I wake up in the middle of the night to pee, thus my sleep is interrupted and gets me frustrated.
    The days that I woke up with morning wood and did not wake up through the night, I felt better.
    Since I've been in the flatline, I wake up around 3-4:00 AM because I want to pee and I go to the toilet or stay in bed tossing and turning. Either way I don't get much deep sleep after this.
    Any suggestions?

Those sleep symptoms sound like you're still going through withdrawal, I suggest you do what you need to if you wake up, pee or whatever else and get back into bed and don't toss and turn, don't elaborate on thoughts that pop up, just get comfortable and watch the thoughts pass by or softly watch your breath, or if the mind is very busy you can count backward in your mind, saying each number slowly, from 1000

    Also while being erect in sleep may help prevent the need to pee I don't think it's integral

    I had a wet dream 2 days ago and erections aren’t as strong? Something feels different and not in a good way. Before erections had returned, got them thinking of regular women but doesn’t seem to work now.
