5/21 not bad day... some stuff that others might find scary happened today... so my mind is still processing that...
NO ROOM FOR PMO... even mental room must be eliminated just a physical action is eliminated

Don't worry bro. It happens. I had been doing it for a long time. I mean giving into temptation. Just take your mind out of it for a couple of seconds when you get the temptation. It will go away for sure. Keep trying man. It's not over yet!
