How often do you cry?

I try and get a good cry in every couple of weeks. It definitely helps relieves stress and reminds me I'm still human. I'd look up tear jerking videos on youtube. Other times, I'll break down from stress at school but that hasn't happened in a while **knock** on wood.

 

Probably not as often as I should since I have a lot turbulent emotions inside of me.
I cry at least once or twice a month. Sometimes just to do it so I can be relieved. But growing up, I cried like maybe once every 3-4 years.

 

Not often but its been happening more lately...

 

Expressing emotions is gross to me.

 

I wish I cried every now and then. I'll tear up for animals or when I see the Christopher Robin trailer, haha. Eeyore is so relatable and his character makes me tear up. I haven't had a real cry since I moved out to go to college.

 

Honestly I don't really ever cry and never really have I started shoving emotions deep down inside as a young boy as time went on crying never really came to mind but every once in a blue moon I do cry just from holding it in for so long but wen I do cry its sinscer.
