    Ive been PMOing since i was 13, I'm 41 now . and it is so ingrained in who i Am , but truly i am a shell of the man that i could i have been. I hate what i do and i want to stop. i found this website and i no I'm not alone now, i have so many allies in this fight so today is my reboot. wish me luck you all!
