Run instead of pmo!

    I just experienced a post run high that gave the same benefits of an orgasm without the guilt and depression that follows fapping.

    Let me share what happened...

    Normally I go running pretty frequently but I haven't run for the past 2 months. I went for my first run in months 2 days ago. I am also currently on day 23 of a 2 month commitment of no Porn or Masturbation... heading towards a reboot.

    Because I haven't run in quite a while it took my body less time to kick into the euphoric runners high that can be achieved during and post run. In addition because I haven't been fapping and regularly having orgasms, I think I have become more sensitive to different sensations overall.

    While running, I decided to really push it for the last couple minutes. I attribute this burst of energy to not fapping. It is common to be lightheaded or feel high for a bit immediately after a hard run is finished...

    But after this run, I almost felt like my mind was experiencing the same sensations and stress release that I would normally feel from an orgasm. My body obviously didn't feel the same, but my mind was in a euphoric, clear, present state.. similar to an orgasm. However, it lasted much longer than an orgasm and without any depression, guilt or negative feelings afterwards.

    Historically I have used fapping and orgasms as a stress release for various types of difficult situations in my life however, now if I feel like I really need an orgasm because life is beating me down, if I can tell myself that I will experience something similar after a hard run. It will be a big motivator for me to exercise instead of Fap.

    If anyone else can relate to this reason for why they fap, I recommend going for a hard run when you get the urge. If you don't normally run, it will take even less time to reach this euphoric state.

    Knowing I can experience something similar to an orgasm from running without actually fapping is a huge motivator for me. I hope this supports some other people too!

    For those who cannot run...

    I do rock climbing and it brings me very satisfying sensations. Staying clean enables me to push more and then, when you make a difficult route or move, when you get back on the ground, you get your "high". Just like long distance running, climbing makes you work with your head. I am doing it because I cannot run long distances anymore because of my joints.

    Another way that gives me super relaxation and almost identical or better feeling like post O is a good sauna sequence. Getting this hot/cold exchanges and then resting on the warm bed, uh, the world is spinning, body is so comfortably relaxed and the mind just flies away. It is really like cuddling with a girlfriend after sex, which is better feeling than O from masturbating. It also calms me down so the urges are put off to another day. Highly recommended (consult your doctor if you are having current heart or blood pressure related problems, read or get advice on proper sauna procedures for the best experience, go slowly it may not be the best on the first visit).

    Last but not at least, for active sportsmen/women, cryogenic chamber and short exercise afterwards is another way of orgasming without orgasming. It is supposedly super good for you, muscles, joints, everything. Beware, it usually does increase your libido considerably. Whereas from sauna you go home and sleep, this may want you to do something entirely different. You have been warned.:eek:
