I would say no. You didn't do it on purpose and you had no real control. It sometimes just happens. Your body just did it naturally. Just be careful about any urges that may or may not result in next few days as a result. Your body is still adjusting I would say. You are doing well and being successful so just be happy

Day 10 out of 90. Finally made the double digits. Finally!!! The urges yesterday were humongous but I dealt through it and I'm here. I'm so happy. I get occurring urges but still fighting. 1/9 of the challenge complete. 80 days left

 

Ok then I will be careful.

 

Life seems to be getting better, I'm able to deal with uncomfortable situations without getting bent out of shape. I decided that this time around on my 90 day no pmo challenge (since my reboot last weekend) I would add "no video gaming" at the same time. So far it is going pretty smoothly. Video gaming was an escape from reality, something I had used as a substitute for watching porn. I'm not really missing it and it's helping me to participate more in my life rather than lose myself in a fantasy.
