    My 30th day of Monk Mode. I am honored and humbled to be able to post a note in this section. No big predictions other than I will stay clean TODAY.

    As my Success Story title suggests, I take a short-term view; focusing on the present. We can't worry about the past, but we can learn from it. We can plan for the future but we only live in "today". I don't care if it is my first day or my 100th, I can only control what I am doing right now. I didn't really choose Monk Mode, just abstaining from M and P. As it happens my wife of 32 years has physical and mental challenges and no longer enjoys sexual relations. Since I love her and will not forsake my marriage vows here I am in Monk Mode.

    61st Day in Monk Mode. I don't have any special gift. Just a regular guy, taking it one day at a time. Right now I am focused on getting through today. I have found that I am thinking less of the fake world of porn and am more aware of the real world around me.
