Want to get rid of this addiction forever. So my NoFap challenge starts now. Really want to stop this forever. I think it makes us more violent towards women. Porn is an illusion. Its not the reality. I feel guilty after masturbating. I feel like I have done something really wrong. Just want to stick to my goals. I plan on doing no masturbation but the negative thoughts make me do it. I am religious and I do believe its a sin. I really need help guys.

I don't think that porn is a matter of sin or anything related to it. Porn has been thought for us to believe it is THE way for a man and a woman to do love (or for 2 men or 2 women...). Porn is one of the biggest business the world has ever known. There is nothing else than business behind it.

The more frustating is when you realise you have been taken into an infernal spiral. Whenever you want wherever you are and no matter the situation you can always have access to porn. Besides, your brain will begin to think that when you are feeling a specific way, the only cure to it is porn.

Of course you will feel ashamed after masturbating, but promise yourself that you will do anything to get rid of that spiral. Do not worry if one day or another you relapse. You just have to restart from day 0. But then look at your previous record, how many days had you endured? Focus on beating it, you can do it.
