    What's up guys, I've just started my junior year of high school and I'm taking 5 AP classes. I'm 16 years of age, and have been fapping since August 2015. I hate fapping, because after I do it, I lose motivation to do anything the rest of the day. I also feel like it ruins my vision. In addition, I think that watching porn is depicable, I used to think it was alright. Anyhow, I need to quit porn this year, l like right now. The last time I relapsed was today morning. But now I can't fap for the rest of my fucking life. If I fap this school year, my grades will be screwed.

    Hello. You made a good choice to come here. While tips are galore here lot of it on self motivation. I'm a sophomore so I am around that same kind of time.
