I need help, I feel very sad, I had yet another relapse. In these moments I think I can never get a guarantee. I have great motivations, I leave and then I stop, for too long, I can not take it anymore!

relapse is part of the healing process, this is normal and every day you abstain from porn is step on the recovery even if you relapse, just get back on your feet and complete your recovery.
