Folks,

It's been around 16-years of pure, an unadulterated masturbation. About three times a day. And many attempts to quit it. No medium or long term results though.

I masturbate for the orgasm, for the relief, for the porn, for the sensations, the state of mind, the sleepiness, for the opportunity to escape reality for five seconds during every ejaculation. Simply because I can, simply because I don't know better.

Masturbation costs me time, money too as I engage sex with prostitutes, reduced estimulation from my girlfriend, but a whole lot of other things too I keep watching videos on (nutrients lost, testosterone levels down, erectile dysfunction...).

My plan is to discipline myself through this; I found motivation is not reliable for me, motivation its a changing thing that may or may not get you to your goals, discipline, if cultivated right, can lead to major success. I already excercise every day, been doing that for almost three months, non-stop; I meditate Mon-Fri 10-min a day; I am a successful engineer who works for a great company; great family and friends; I can socialize no problem; I sleep 8-hrs a day; I am a good guy in most senses but with a masturbation addiction-problem, which leads to other problems as before-mentioned.

In detail, my plan is use this website to count my days, have conversations with people who've been there, use the panic button as much as possible, go through a series of videos to replace the habit of fapping (YouTube ***). I don't like the take a cold shower thing, I am thinking on listening to a full song I love every time I get the urge, or, do 20 push-ups.

Folks, what can you say to me? I'd like to read you first time I talk about this in 16-years.
