    Im here because ive acknowledged i have a problem. I've always known i have a problem. Its been 16 years an addict and i really want to put an end to this now. Im 27 by the way. I have a one year son and i need to be a good example for him. I feel like im letting him down by not being able to bear this thing. I just dont know what to do anymore

    similar boat here man, tough but possible! I am also battling substance abuse addiction in parallel which doesn't make this any easier but I have hope.
