Day 0 again,after seven days of no PMO I entertained too much sexual thoughts and looked at arousing pictures.One must never get too confident. I restart tomorrow.

Day one completed. Urges hitting again. I find youtube very tempting. Once I open it I always have the feeling to watch age restricted videos. But I didn't open this time. But I can feel the temptation lurking inside me. We all need to be strong. Recognize our triggers. Lets complete our challeges successfully. #winoverself.
