Today I will not use porn because I want to be strong and stick to my decision.

 

Today I will not PMO because each day that I don't, I feel the motivation growing to meet women in real life. Also, I have this need to become this awesome guy to make my ex want me again (even though I don't actually want to be together), because the rejection of her breaking up with me hurt so bad that I guess I'm craving for her validation. Even though I shouldn't be craving her validation, it can provide for good motivation to not PMO and to improve myself as much as possible.
