    Made it to one week! I cannot emphasize how important it is to keep busy so you don't relapse! I'm aiming to see how long I can go!

    I just started today and I'll make sure to stay busy, especially cause its winter break right now.

    One week? That's not much of a success story. I do one week periods without porn or fap all the time.

    Congrats on 1 week ! Celebrate with every milestone! These positive experiences help reinforce your brain that its worth it.

    Treat yourself to something you like and as you continue to reach bigger milestones, treat yourself to bigger things!

    Congrats again and just think you can one day be where cav8000 is and say that one week is not a big deal :)
