4 years of PMO and I’m 17

I’ve been addicted to PMO ever since I was a child I even did watch some pornography before I did hit puberty I don’t quite remember when exactly I did hit puberty but I’m sure it was when I was 13 years old ever since that day and I haven’t stopped masturbating, Yes I’ve been masturbating for 4 years and I’m 17 it’s just like I cannot stop I can’t complete more than 7 days without relapsing I even did masturbate 2 times a day somedays and trust me those 4 years are technically the worst 4 years of my life I just can’t forgive myself for all the time I wasted on PMO whilst I could’ve been doing something more useful, neither can i forgive myself for the self harm, depression and all the other shit PMO lead to. I came on Nofap like 9 months ago had some hope I could change something had hope I could become a better person but I kept relapsing couldn’t even continue a 14 days streak without relapsing but today here I come starting again maybe I couldn’t stop myself from quitting over 200 times but the 201 will work I won’t give up on myself I always seek seeing a better person of myself I dream of being great and I won’t let stupid PMO ruin this. I’m on a 2 days streak I’ll make myself proud statting from today.
