I'm only on no P for the whole year. I want to be really realistic this time! (Not a negative hint to all you insightful and cool people btw...) have a good one!

 

I'm on Day 3 so far and we got six more days until New year's 2015!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I want to try to reach this goal. I am brand new to this site. Of course my ultimate goal is to stop forever. Already people have reached out to me. I am so grateful for this site.

 

Ditto, I'm looking forward to being PMO free in 2015.

Ok how about 12 relapses total in that year? That means 1 relapse every month is acceptable?

 

I advise you not to relapse what's so ever, it's supposed to be hard and you can push throught it, if you really want to get rid of the addiction, you need to conquer it once and for all.
