Hi guys been away for few days so 9, 10 and now 11/30, feeling good stay strong

 

30 days. Feels good, many other things to accomplish now. Onto the next challenge

9th day and life is going on, I may have less and less time to post as school is increasingly taking importance.

almost achieving ten days of nofap but i relapsed just right now
