Day 15, I'm experiencing positive change in my personal life which is great. I am however feeling some urges today so I need to make sure that I don't lose my focus in this change and ensure I stay mindful.

Just finished a 21 day challenge and I am directly stating this one. Twenty one days went by so quickly, I hope this thirty days do so as well. I have to stay strong and focused, I feel so much better now and I am very proud of having achieved this, it is the longest I have been without PMO!

 

Day 0. Still less frequent than it was before, but I really want to make it to 30!

Sorry for my absence. I've been on a vacation with family down into the backwoods of Kentucky. There was little cell signal and WiFi down there, so it was definitely an easy couple days.

Day 14/30: It's good to be back home.
