    Hi there,

Short intro: I'm 24 years old and I've troubling with ED for a long time, but just recently discovered it is because of porn. So my first streak was 29 days. After that I've had only streaks of less than a week. The problem is the morning habit. Since nofap, my penis has become very sensitive, which is resulting in me having orgasms without even the use of my hands; just fantasize and grinding the mattress a bit. (It sounds weird, I know)

Now my last streak is 14 days. And also this time it began with fantasizing in the morning. Now you may think, I fantasize about porn, but no. It is always about real girls I've met. Porn doesn't border me at all, since day 1, I've never felt the urge to watch porn.

I'm constantly trying to rewire and try to get dopamine stimulant from normal activities. I go to the bar, trying to pick up girls. I kiss girls and get sexual with them. (not going into detail to much, I don't want anyone get triggered to edge or something :), but sexual means touching)
But it still doesn't do anything with me. I can feel some tingling in my penis, so there is a working brain-penis-connection, but I can't get an erection.

I've not watched porn for more than 2 months now, but I did have orgasms a several times. Do you guys think, I have recovered a little bit? or is ALL progress gone, because of my relapse?

I study, do fitness, go out with friends, have attention from girls. But it doesn't help me in the progress. I'm really starting to get depressed, worrying I will not recover.
I can use your help :)

  2. Your recovery effects will not diminish after one relapse, but constantly thinking about such kind of stuff can significantly affect speed of your recovery. I think you can have some kind of performance anxiety or something... I'm certain that you should met a good psychologist and talk with her/him.

    Thank you for your response.
That is good to hear, I'm not set to zero!

I will from now on, do everything to keep it out of my head. Although it will be hard in the morning, since I'm mostly still half dreaming.

I've heard that a lot, but I'm pretty sure this is not the case. I just do not get aroused by women anymore.

  4. I would recomend you to try cold showers at the morning. I don't think they are the key to stop porn addiction, but it seems to me, that it might be very helpful in your specific conditions.
Cheer up and don't be affraid.
