Hello everybody, im new here, recently found myself doing a nofap on my own, then search on the internet and here i am

I cut off all the hardcore porn three weeks ago, but i find myself watching hot girls in facebook or instagram, some are in bikinis others in tight clothes, god even some with just normal clothes.

And a lot of online pages that i browse have at least one hot looking girl.

The thing is, will this affect me?

I really start the nofap and no porn thing because I read some study about ED and porn in young guys like me, and I feel that I already got some symptoms, like, not hard watching porn, looking for more and more hardcore stuff, and more...

Will this continue to desensitize my brain to the dopamine?

and for last, sorry my bad english.

    Thanks for any help.

Are you purposely seeking these pictures out for enjoyment? If yes, then it absolutely counts.

Porn causes you to objectify women. Chances are you aren't looking at these women admiring the clothes they wear or what they're doing but focussing on body parts or picturing how it would be like to be sexual with them.
When you would pmo how long were you watching p or fantasizing before actually orgasming? The build up is just as much of an adrenaline Rush as the O and so what you have described doing your brain doesn't know the difference.
When you notice yourself all of a sudden doing this put the phone down or turn the computer off. I still struggle with this even 90 days plus. If you allow your mind to linger on it you will eventually cave in and go for p

Think of it this way. You are trying to train your brain that you won't use fake stimuli for arousal.

By looking at any sexy images, you are reinforcing the same pattern of thought that leads to PMO.

It's like an alcoholic thinking he can just have one beer, as long as he doesn't turn to hard liquor. Within no time ... he'll be back to hard liquor

Nice example. It's true and it's why lusting over women is called visual drinking

I would have to agree that it does in fact stimulate the brain much like porn. I just relapsed the other day and mostly its BC I see a hot girl on Facebook. I'm sure you have seen the typical photos of girls standing in groups in bikinis or tight dresses doing stupid (sorority) signs or what not with their boobs hanging out tongues out. The problem with this is it just enforces a porno mindset where we just go to look at these girls all dressed up or even in sexy normal clothes (selfies) taking photos. The girls may not even be trying to get guys to look at them but let's face it--most of the modern day clothing styles for women show far too much skin and are repeat with sexual undertones I.e. miniskirts for prom that look like the girl is suffocating in it lol.

What I would do in your situation is just cut out your fb time and block users who may post photos that turn you on. its really that simple. When I relapsed I was perusing through countless images of random girls, most of which I didn't even know and that led to my downfall.

    Porn is heroin.
Bikini and sexy pics is methadone.

Using either will not help you kick the habit.

Stay strong. Stay away from bikini and sexy pics, even if they don't show anything. Stop seeking this out. If your feeds are filling up with these pics, hide the feed, hide the friend or page, or unfriend or unlike if it can't stopped.

Surround yourself with images and people that can aid in your recovery.

I'm unsure if it counts as literal porn, but it definitely get you near it, and then you keep relapsing, so to a certain extent, its like porn's "silent tentacle".

This has happened to me with Omegle (random, anonymous chat): I thought that wasn't a problem because I was speaking with real people, but in the end what i wanted to see were naked girls, and that anticipation is the same that I feel when I'm searching for porn... so it is basically the same thing. Then it gets to a point that Omegle becomes boring and I want to go to a real adult live chat website - and that's where one ends up going, its the logical step to take for a brain who is actually searching for something more stimulating.

By the way, to avoid pictures of hot girls, for example in sports websites, you can use the Adblock extension for Chrome (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock/gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom?hl=es to block certain parts of a website where hot girls are shown. I read several sports magazines and they all have a section with a picture of a hot girl, its always in that same section, so I blocked it and it doesn't appear in the website any more (from the browser where I have the extension installed, of course).

    Good luck! :)

I was struggling like you are with facebook, I ended up deleting my account to remove that temptation. I read something somewhere on the internet that said anything that you look at that you can masturbate to and are immediately uninterested in after ejaculation can be considered porn, whether that is bikinis or sports cars. Pretty much any thing that gets you going sexually can be considered porn.
