Some guidance please! relapse/reset on day 53

    Hey fellow fappers,
    So I relapsed on Day 53, I am noting this as a reset because I didn't binge and it was intentional. I just had too much abdominal & pelvic discomfort for quite a while and thought relieving some pressure might be good. So I masturbated with no porn visuals though I read a kinky story online.

    Anyways, my issue is, after 53 days my orgasm wasn't that enjoyable.. it felt like things were not right down there.. Also I felt I had some pain in my testicles, dick and urethra and even the prostate for a few minutes after orgasm.. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced this? Could this be from not having an orgasm for 53 days or maybe this could be prostatitis?

    If you have been masturbating for years multiple times a day there might be a possibility that you have a prostate infection. I went to a GP a month ago and was diagnosed with prostate infection due to excessive masturbation. How does your backside feel, is it not painful?

    I had a reset recently as well due to something similar, although my streak was 20 days fewer than yours. Felt like I had a small knot in my butt for a few days, especially after an involuntary release of prostatic fluid while trying to go to the bathroom. After my reset however, the feeling eventually went away.

    I suspected it.. but I actually had a body CT scan for another matter recently and doctor said my prostate looks good, slightly larger than normal for my age but that's it.. But he didn't test the prostate for an infection.

    What do you mean by backside? Like the back or around the peritoneum area?
