Today I narrowly missed a MO.
I was in the shower and I unconsciously touched myself , and about to Orgasm because I am so sensitive these days because of NoFap.
Then I finally snapped back into reality and stopped immediately . Masturbation has become something of a habit , I mostly do it unconsciously now but stop immediately when I realize it. I don't watch porn anymore , Because I am keeping myself away from the internet.
But a major concern for me is all this sexual energy , It is so powerful. It doesn't let me focus on anything else.
All the women specially on TV and Newspapers look so attractive now and take my focus away.
I hope this problem alleviates as the time passes .
