Today i will not use porn because i have learned to deal with triggers

 

Today i will not use porn coz porn is not my real friend...

 

Today I will not masturbate because I'm tired of feeling depressed. I have to move on.

 

Today i will not pmo because I am so close to my 30 day streak and i really don't want to ruin it.

 

Today I will not use porn because I need to focus. I start again now, but this is not bad. This time I am stronger!

 

Today I will not use PMO because it's my 5th day, it's the first milestone. From tomorrow I go for 10 days!

 

I will not watch porn today because this thing has really robbed me of my youth. I look around me and realise I could have done more for myself, country, my work and family if I wasnt suffering from the side effect of this nasty habbit.

This thing has aggressively attacked me non stop for 15 years. Now is the time.
It not only you an addiction destroys, it destroys your work life, your family and other relationships and makes you an overly jealous and zero confidence asshole.

 

Today I will not PMO because I am in control of my actions, and I want to be able to always choose what I do.
