    To all of you: fantastic goal and I desire the same for myself, however, a few words of advice. We all know that most people don't keep their new years' resolutions. This is primarily because they rely solely off of motivation and nothing else. That motivation inevitably wears off after a relatively short amount of time, say a month or so. This is especially true with nofap due to the intense nature of the addiction. My advice is this: put into place daily disciplines that you can fall back on, even if you fail, that will keep you moving in the right direction. Also, and this is key, don't focus on containing the temptation once it arises, but rather focus on avoiding being heavily tempted all together. The above strategies worked well for me last year as I was able to go 101 days without edging, 119 days without intentionally looking at porn and 170 days (almost half the year) without climaxing (orgasm).     Nice words but I do feel that looking at porn or edging is as bad as going all the way, this should be a mental challenge and not physical, this addiction is easy to beat but you need to completely eliminate it fron your system, so with this attitude I am confident that I can go all the way for one year and btw I have a feeling that after a couple of months this will be way too easy and the body will recover beautifully and probably going vegetarian will accompany as you will mentally kick out any addiction or lust. Its a mental challenge bro
