My story of Nofap life!

    1.social anxiety is almost gone..feeling great..
    2.General anxiety is very minimal.
    3.Fatigue is still present and really disappointed.
    4.Shallow breathing,dizziness and Head pressure is continuously following me.
    5.Heart rate is under control.

    Two weeks completed!
    1.Anxiety is minimum but still can feel its presence.
    2.Social anxiety is almost nill and Iam really happy about it.There were days in the first week where I didn't wanted to go out of my home but now Iam capable of a good conversation.
    3.Fatigue is pretty hard..I feel exhausted every 4 hours so Iam having snacks and fruits at regular intervals.I am disappointed because still i have not seen very much benefit in sense of my energy.
    4.Dizziness ,High heart rate ,Shallow breathing and head pressure are present but it's manageable.

    Half month completed!
    1.Welcome back anxiety..ufff
    2.Fatigue is severe and it's really hard to move or do any physical activity apart from walking.

    Keep it up bro, we're in this together, Im out here with the same struggles! Im on day 11 and I feel you with the lack of energy. Im pushing through though. Im here in the living room alone on the pc and I know Im not going to look. Im confident, I WILL see day 90! Let's go my friend! We don't need that garbage. What we need is to realize our creative being, and know that ANY indulgence in the primal being will rob us of our creativity. Lets bloom into the beings that life is calling for. You got this bro.

    One of the worst day of my life..Hit by severe anxiety and panic attack during evening caused by Indigestion followed by difficulty in breathing..

    1.Day was pretty good with some manageable morning panic attacks.
    2.Had heavy head pressure and lump
    In throat feeling and it was really hard

    1.Anxiety and panic attacks are as usual during evening time
    2.Dealing with gastritis issue
    3.Mind is rationalising various methods to fap
    4.Energy is manageable.
    5.Dizziness,shallow breathing and head pressure are present

    1.Anxiety,low mood ,depression have become my followers and they are not leaving me.
    2.social anxiety and fatigue is reduced
    3.congested chest due to gastric is making me panic and it's really scary
    4.Headpressure,headache,Dizziness and shallow breathing making me sad
    5.Heart rate is in control and Iam happy about it

    Finally I made a step on twenties! Woooow!
    Today the day was amazing and superb.
    There were no traces of anxiety.
    Had to deal with some fatigue during afternoon.
    Iam on hard mode with daily walking for 2kms and excercing..Iam even doing meditation and some breathing techniques which are really helping me..
    This time Iam beast and I will win the challenge of 90 days and move forward for the whole life.

    Crazy good @Suhail22! I think it's important for you to be prepared not to feel this good all the way through. Your body will naturally go through peaks and troughs and you should try and accept these as they come and not allow yourself to believe that PMO will fix anything.

    I’ve started and stopped so many times. But for the first time I think I’m serious. I’m quitting for me because I don’t want this to drive a wedge anymore into my marriage. I check this forum constantly now. You can do this.

    3 weeks complete.
    I have completed my 3 weeks and iam not so pumped up for this mark as i it's my fourth time reaching 21 mark..My highest streak in my whole life is 29 followed by 28 ,23 and now 21.This journey so far is a roller coaster ride..I got lot of sadness with some small happiness but this will not stop me from reaching my goal of 90 days.I had lot anxiety,fatigue,Dizziness ,shallow breathing,nerve tightness,heavy head pressure and almost all the symptoms as I was addicted to masterbation for about 14 years straight.I just want to my old life with no anxiety...so Iam striving hard to do my rebooting..I am dealing with some urges and cravings but those are not strong enough to stop me...Guys just wish me luck...I will insha allah post after completing my one month journey!

    I know it’s gonna Sound cliche but it’s not how many times you fall down it how many times your willing to get back up. I’ve failed so many times I’ve lost count. Never made it past 30 days. My latest streak is 14 days. Give yourself time. It could take years. I’m 47 and hoping to be P free by 50. Make sure to laugh a lot. Also don’t forget to love yourself. So much time spent being down on ourselves...why not write down once a day one thing you really like about yourself. Keep it up. I believe in you.
