I had sex for the first time maybe 2 months ago. I have never been in a relationship before so the nerves are all over the place. During my first act of sex I noticed I didn't feel anything and was not able to orgasm. Like seriously, not even feeling my dick in her vagina. I mean, I finally got to have have sex. The one thing I've been dreaming of for years. And I can not freaking cum. The ironic part is that I always thought my problem would be PE (premature ejaculation) But no. So after some research I ended up here. Read a lot of success stories and learned about the term "deathgrip" and finally decided to do something about my problem. I have relapsed many times during my previous attempts. It does happen. I only have my self to blame. But it's time for a change. I have been on nofap for 9 days now and can't wait for more days to come.

Good luck. No PM(O) is really necessary. You will surely get physical and other benefits from it.

Welcome. Your description of discovering ED would be a shock. But, sometimes it takes a shock to provide the motivation to make a change.

I've been doing Nofap for almost 2 weeks now. It takes longer than that to really notice a big difference. Before this girl, I tried NoFap a little bit just of curiosity. That streak lasted almost 3 months. Started New year and ended somewhere in mars. Couldn't handle it and relapsed. I think that when you pass 3-4 weeks you feel a noticeable difference. Everyone is different though. Some take longer and some have shorter recovery time. Just keep it up. But to answer your question. Yes! Your penis sensitivity will gradually increase the longer you do it.

My problem is numb penis probably of death grip or something like that, but the thing is I don't feel almost nothing when touch in the shaft area and that kind of things, not pleasurable at all. You think NoFap (from your experience and results) can help regarding to that?

Yes absolutely! The key is time and patience. I feel you 100%. I also have that problem. It varies from day to day. Sometimes i feel more and sometimes I feel nothing. But as I have learned from previous attempts the sensitivity will increase. Back when I lasted 3 months my sensitivity was through the roof. Probably why I relapsed. I could really feel everything. My tip is to never touch your penis (except when showering or peeing). The less you touch it the faster the recovery will be. I can't promise 100% recovery since I don't have anything to back that up with. But I can promise that it will only get better. Don't MASTURBATE, TOUCH YOUR PENIS AND DON'T LOOK AT PORN!

How many days have you got?

Hi brother, how are you feeling today? already healed? I also have problems with ED and PIED and I'm currently on day 60 of my reboot and I've been going through a flatline for some time.
