We have this pmo addiction where we participate in by getting physical ie we MB..
I read it somewhere that we need to replace this with a physical thing like push ups or sit ups or any kind of exercise

For all those about-to-relapse guys:
I read this in one of those self-development books: "Motivation not always works. Sometimes you need to punch yourself with the truth". It successfully worked when I was fat (now I am fit and strong! ). When I had a great need to eat something unhealthy I looked at myself in the looking glass and then explained: "Yes, of course, eat it. It's tasty and sweet! But you will remain fat and ugly forever. You will find no partner, you will be always alone. Always tired when you go upstairs. Eat it."

I do the same with my NoFap. Ever moment I have the desire to relapse I repeat: "You'll be alone having no satisfaction with your partner. The only thing you will offer to them will be disappointment. You will end up with no progress at all. Do it. Of course..." And it works. Just start being a captain for yourself that allows no excuses! Attention!
