Happened to me a lot in the past. I just changed my mindset; from wanting sex, to wanting victory.
It's a vague idea. But try to think of body building or some other exercises. It worked for me. Now I dream I am heavy lifting.

 

Dude, holy Christ, I've been having these dreams too. ONCE A WEEK! I can't seem to negate them or fight them, and I feel like the life force is just dribbling away. If anyone has any techniques to fight wry dreams, please let me know. I meditate on nights that I don't have wet dreams, so calming an anxious mind might be what we need
