    Keep any devices that can connect to the internet (laptop, phone, computer, etc.) out of your room.
    When you first wake up, immediately hop in a cold shower.
    Meditate and/or pray right before going to bed.
    Don't use any electronic devices 30-60 minutes before going to bed.

    Hopefully the above list will get you started.
