    178th day. Great.
    My erections are as firm as i can ever remember them, along with a much healthier sexual attraction to real females without any need of fantasising. Also, i'm no longer held hostage by a constant desire for sex, dopamine or sexual release. These feelings and thoughts come in from time to time yes, but then slide away and leave me to concentrate freely on other things. I feel free and liberated from PMO and feel an altogether much healthier disposition around my sexual health.
