Today, I woke up with a long list of excuses that push me to break the '14 DAY CHALLENGE'. Usually, l came back each time and I'm dying to see how this one ends.

Totally dropped the ball yesterday. I am the problem. I don’t face my fears or my reality so I use this addiction.

Of course. I have a problem here, I can’t take care of this by myself. I believe that I can change

Had a kinda shitty day yesterday but at least I didn't fap, been dealing with urges ever since I woke up this morning but I'm just tryna stay strong, I'm in my local library as I type this

 

I have some important advice for everybody although y'all prolly already know this. Don't watch, look at, or read any type of pornographic material. Not even smutty scenes in books. Even if you don't give in and fap the imagery will still get stuck in your head and will make the battle harder. at least that's what I been dealing with.
