How often do you have wet dreams?

Well, our bodies may simply be getting better at retention as we get older. Even about a year ago, I remember temporarily quitting after heavy use, and having two wet dreams in one night, just a few days in. I've also had a wet dream in the past few years while I was still masturbating regularly. I haven't had a wet dream yet during my reboot, which seems weird. I might just be resetting too soon each time, and my body is getting better at abstinence. I thought I would have surely had a wet dream by 17 days my last streak, and I simply gave up and got myself off, which was a mistake.

I have the same problem with dreaming. I notice around day 7 I start to dream. It may not be much, mostly just unorganized images and sort of clips, but I can only assume dreams come back stronger as you go longer.

Well no worries buddy I was like you too, but way worse. I discovered m without p since I was 7ish and I kept doing it with so many days off (I'm 14, just in case),and I wasn't really addicted. I never had a really wet dream. Sometimes my dick head is a bit wet, but not really a wet dream. I started young with porn and masturbation, so I understand why I hadn't a wet dream during my puberty.

I have had 2 since starting nofap. Never had any others in my life, so it was a real shock when it happened at first, felt like a 33 year old teenager freaking out. Luckily I am a light sleeper so I always wake up when she does climb into bed, so I just stay awake until she falls asleep, but I worry that won't always be the case.

Anyway, yeah it was weird since I never had one as a teenager and was super pissed I had to change sheets into he middle of the night.
