    Hi All-
I'm currently 97 days fap free and had been very optimistic about the lack of ED this gave me for the first 60 days or so. Last week I hit the 90 day point during a week spent with my girlfriend and again unable to get an erection. I actually seemed to feel asexual- I didn't feel like masturbating, having sex, looking at porn, or anything sexual, which has been very disturbing. So...is this what they call "Flatline"? Not just an inability to have sex but a loss of libido as well?
Sorry if this is redundant, but I had previously though of "Flatline" as something much less....all inclusive.
Thanks for your help and insights!

    Yes, flatline = zero libido.

Thanks IGY. So is there a time when this will go away for ever, or is that a silly question?

I got hit by that truck totally unaware of its existence after around sixty days. I took 20mg of Viagra and managed my way through for two days (I see my girl usually just over the weekend). As I said: I didn't know about this site here and 'flatline'. I got serious doubts too wether that is right what I am doing or not. I mean I love my everlasting erection from P watching and M. But if I should stay asexual for the rest of my life I was pretty sure to get back to PMO. Anyway. About two weeks later during my internet research on my lost libido I found this forum. About ten days later the flatline was over. All in all a couple of weeks.

Stay on your track. There will be light at the end of that tunnel. I promise!

But I wouldn't recommend taking the blue pill. If your girl knows what u r doing and u know this is going to happen just do more oral sex to give her pleasure or else.

I even got a prescription for Viagra from a doctor but I didn't use it. I also had a big cold during that time and massive work at the office.

Thanks Fsteier. In my case it seems that Viagra would have little effect because I don't even seem to want or be driven by desire for sex...sex all seems like some foreign thing practiced by another species! And yes, the thoughts occur to me that PMO is better than being utterly sexless. I will indeed ride this out and keep you all posted. As an aside, was your doctor familiar with the whole NoFap and the concept of Flatline?

Fsteier- thanks so much for your response. I'm wondering if your doctor had any awareness of the NoFap?

    Sorry for the late answer.

No, the doctor had no clue about the NoFap or what was happening to me nor the urologist!

I live in Germany and I can tell you: there is hardly some german information about this whole porn-issue! And that makes me think.

Besides: those two doctors weren't familiar with the concept of flatline either. That is why I am so thankful for this forum here.

BUT! What I found were tons of postings about guys and girls of guys telling, their partner can last forever, but won't O.

And I also read the number that this is common for 1 out of 10 guys. And I think I can remember the number for coming to early and it was 5 out of 10.

I was wondering if I can reboot, whily not PMO, but just have sex with my girlfriend and sometimes reach the O.

Anyway: when this is over and I will be rebooted for good I think I have to spread the word. Because this is a good thing and people have to know.
