90 day reboot. Let's do it!

Hello Fapstronauts!
I'm 24 years old student and I have been PMO for like maybe 12 years. Honestly I was doing MO since I was in elementary school and found out about it. P came latter with access to the internet.
I was doing this like 3-4 times a week. The longest time of pause was I think 1,5 week time. It was long time ago, and I was really busy at that time what kept me away from PMO.

I have noticed many downsides of PMO, especially:
-decreased self-esteam
-fatigue, low energy or too high energy jumps
-lack of motivation
-problems with focusing attention
and a couple of more minor things. (like sticking balls xD)
Moreover I am struggling with social anxiety and I wonder if it has something to do with PMO. I hope we will find out!

I intend to do a 90 days challenge. And I think I can handle it. I will try to describe what is going on with me at a certain moment with some advice of techniques I am using. Mostly I will stop resisting to experience those feelings and I will let myself experience them fully, but not acting on them. (I recommend the book "Letting Go" David R. Hawkins for more details)

For today, is my 9th day of reboot.

(9th day)
In the middle of the night (like 3:30 am) I had like a wet dream. I woke up with an O, actually an O woke me up! xD I have read about it, that this may happen. I will not punish myself because I had no control over it. That was strange but not the first time it happened to me.

 

Uf, today I had a dirty dream. I dreamed of having sex with my ex-gf. My erection was sooo hard. Like never before.
I have to give myself a yellow flag because I could not resist and I had to just for a moment look at porn and masturbate.
But I didn't relapsed.
It was already different experience. Much "better" than before.
We will see how it will go. Many days left.
