Day 1: more precisely starting day 1

 

Pff another relapse yesterday, so starting over again today. For my last long streak I made a promise to myself to not PMO for the month of August, and then I stayed clean for almost 2 months. So this time I figured I just need to make a bigger promise to myself. So I promised to myself (I wrote it down as well) to not PMO for the rest of this year. That is 98 days, so my goal is to get to 98 days. I also intend to use these 98 days to develop myself, by doing three things daily: morning meditation, talking to 3 strangers, and lovingkindness meditation before going to sleep. I'm curious to see how I will change if I will do this for 98 days.
